How It Started

Sana's Kitchenette began the way most good food does — in a home kitchen, cooked for family first. What started as batches for our own freezer slowly turned into something we wanted to share. We kept every recipe exactly the way it always was: real chicken, real spices, no shortcuts. We just learned how to make enough to go around.

Today, every nugget, kabab, roll, and samosa is still made by hand, in small batches, and flash-frozen so the flavour stays exactly as it should be — right up until it hits your pan.
